Directions:
Go through Passport Control, the KLM Lounge is located before Gate 34 in the International Pier.

Earliest Arrival:
Monday-Sunday: 07.00 hours.

Arrival before booked time:
Entry time into lounge should not exceed 3 hours prior to your flight departure. You will be allowed to enter unless the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked time.

Lounge closing time:
Mon-Sun: 18:00

Dress code:
All airport lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests.

Smoking permitted?
No.

Are Children / Infants permitted?
Not under the age of 12 years.

Flight announcements?
All airport lounges have flight information screens. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.

Facilities:
Telephones, Internet access, TV and Newspapers. Snacks (biscuits / crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in the airport lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
